Step by step solution for hidden files and folder in external device like pen drive, micro sd card (memory card).
Sometime if we use any external drive which is used on others computers or any device get injected by virus, due to infection we unable to see file and folders on device. Its a comment problem among the people who use windows 8 or win7. Here is the crack to solve the problems easily :Step 1:
Simply Open notepad file and type OR copy and paste on notepad
and save as show_hidden.bat(any_name.bat)
step 2:
Simply copy the saved file in destination folder which contains hidden content. Click on pasted .bat file.
Your problem should be solve. And you will get all hidden content that will usable.
Nice one, last night i was really stuck with the same problem. There was some media content on my pen drive. Suddenly one idea came in my mind i right clicked on my external drive and opened with VLC media player. I started working but in drive file was still hidden. Your post solved my problem, but typing
ReplyDeleteattrib -s -h -r /s /d *.*
is more complex. Instead of it we could create a .bat batch file with following commands:-
1. Open notepad and type
G:
start attrib -s -h -r /s /d *.*
2. save as open_hidden.bat (any name . bat)
And reuse it :)
